grand mercure hanoi was even better than our previous stay in hanoi. the spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast made our experience unforgettable. we loved watching the wonderful madness of hanoi from the breakfast windows. highly recommend and hope to return someday!

Pros of our stay at the hotel: The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally clean. The decor was a perfect blend of traditional and modern styles. The hand wash provided had a delightful scent. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious. The overall experience was top-notch and highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with an executive bar. The property was in a great position close enough to the center, the Old Quarter and other famouse monuments. We went to Van Mieu Restaurant, located next door to the hotel, to have some dinner.

I recently had a fantastic stay at Grand Mercure. The brand new hotel had super clean rooms and the best of technology, all while being environmentally friendly. Mr CU, the concierge, took great care of us and the reception staff even apologized for any inconveniences. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a great variety of choices and good quality. Instead of lounge access, they surprised us with complimentary canapés and alcoholic beverages in their 2nd floor restaurant.

The value for money was great, with a reasonably contemporary room and a welcoming and helpful staff. The location was convenient, just 1.8k from Hoan Kiem Lake.

We had a city trip stay at a fairly new hotel with great breakfast and an amazing swimming pool. The stylish design of the room was enjoyable and the location was not too far from the city center. The staff was helpful and available at all hours, allowing us to ask questions whenever we needed to.

We had some negative experiences during our stay. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the temperature in our room extremely uncomfortable.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs we had. The luxurious amenities, including the Spa centre and Full body massage, were just what we were looking for to relax and unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was large and beautiful, and the sun loungers provided the perfect spot to soak up some sun. The location advantage of being close to the city centre was also a plus.

The only minor issue we had was that the Jacuzzi was not functioning properly during our stay. However, the hotel staff did their best to fix the problem and offered us alternative options for relaxation.
